Pre-registration is mandatory even if you have an invitation. You can register for free by entering the invitation code on the back of the invitation.
If you do not have an invitation, you must register in advance for an admission fee of 1,500 yen (including tax)for the four-day event. You can choose to pay online or on the day. *We do not accept requests for invitations.
Click the "Proceed to Registration" button and enter your e-mail address for registration and send it. Click on the URL in the "Information on Visitor Pre-registration" e-mail sent to the address you entered to proceed to the registration form.
Please enter the visitor information, answer the questionnaire, check the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box, and click the "Check your entries" button.
If you have an invitation, please enter the invitation code (8 digits) found on the back of it into the Invitation Code field at the top of the form.
Please confirm the information you have entered and click "Register" button. Your registration is complete and your My Page login information will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please keep it carefully.
If you do not have an invitation ticket, please click the "Proceed to Online Payment" button to proceed to payment for the admission fee of 1,500 yen (tax included). Payment can be made by credit card.
*Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled.
If you do not pay online, you can also pay at the venue, but we expect the same-day registration desk to be crowded. If you are able to pay by credit card, please complete online payment and print Admission Pass before coming to the venue.
Please print out the "Admission Pass" from the button on the registration completion screen or the menu of the"My Page", print it out in A4/color, and bring it to the venue on the day of the event. You can enter directly without stopping by the reception desk.
If you have not yet paid, a " Provisional Registration Ticket" will be displayed. Please print it out and bring it to the payment counter on the day of the event, or show it on the screen of your smartphone or other device. After paying the admission fee of 1,500 yen (including tax) in cash or by any other payment method, you will receive an admission pass.
Pre-registrationis required for each person.
Only one person can register per email address. If you wish to register for more than one person, please do so using separate email addresses.
If you are unable to pre-register due to unavoidable circumstances, please come directly to the reception desk at the venue. If you have an invitation, be sure to bring it with you. Please note that the same-day registration desk is expected to be extremely crowded.
It is strictly prohibited to distribute flyers, solicit, or sell to exhibitors/visitors at the venue. If such act is identified, we will immediately terminate and refuse future participation.
Please refrain from interfering with the exhibitor's business or causing trouble for other visitors. In addition, we do not allow pets at the venue.
Please note there are many steps in the venue for exhibition purposes. The organizer will not be held responsible for any injuries caused.

The organizer will take official photographs at the venue of the event. Please note that the images, videos, etc. obtained from the official recording may be used for the organizer's publicity and promotional activity purposes.
