It is also required for invitation holders (free of charge by entering the invitation code).

HOW TO REGISTER

1 Submit the registration form

Click the "Proceed to Pre-registration" button.
Please enter the visitor information, answer the questionnaire, check the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box, and click the "Confirm Information" button.

If you have an invitation, please enter the invitation code (8 digits) found on the back of it into the Invitation Code field at the top of the form.

Confirm your information and click the "Register" button. Your registration is complete and your My Page login information will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep it safe.

2 Paying the admission fee (without an invitation)

If you do not have an invitation, please click the "Proceed to Online Payment" button to proceed to the payment of the admission fee of 2,000 JPY (tax included). Payment can be made by credit card.
*Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled.

If you do not pay online, you can also pay at the venue, but anticipate heavy traffic at the reception desk. If you are able to pay by credit card, please complete the payment online.

3 Print a Visitor Badge(or Provisional Registration Ticket)

Please print out the "Visitor Badge" from the button on the registration completion screen or from the "My Page" menu, print it out in A4/color, and bring it to the venue on the day of the event. You can enter directly without stopping by the reception desk.

If you have not yet paid, a "Provisional Registration Ticket" will be displayed. Please print it out and bring it to the on-site payment counter at the reception desk, or show it on the screen of your smartphone or other device. After paying the admission fee of 2,000 JPY (including tax) in cash or by any other payment method, you will receive a Visitor Badge.

Pre-registration Notes

  • Although this exhibition is a specialized trade show for industry professionals, it is open to the general public.
  • Please agree to the “Terms and Conditions” stated on the pre-registration page before coming to the event.
  • Those who do not have an invitation will be charged an admission fee (2,000 yen for pre-registration). We do not accept requests for invitations.
  • Visitor Badges are valid throughout the four days of the exhibition. A single registration entitles you to unlimited admission.
  • Visitor Badges is valid only for the person who registers. No loans or transfers are permitted.
  • Pre-registration is required for each person. Group registration is not available.
  • Multiple registrations are possible with a single email address. Please log in to My Page with your respective login information.
  • We ask for your cooperation in printing your Visitor Badges (A4, color) in order to reduce congestion at the reception desk.
  • If you are unable to pre-register, please come directly to the reception desk at the venue.

Important Notes for Visitors

  • It is strictly prohibited to distribute flyers, solicit, or sell to exhibitors/visitors at the venue. If such activity is detected, we will immediately terminate and refuse future participation.
  • Please refrain from disrupting the exhibitor's business or causing inconvenience to other visitors. In addition, we do not allow pets at the venue.
  • Please note that there are many steps in the venue for exhibition purposes. The organizer will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur.
  • If there are any instructions from the venue staff or security guards in the venue, please follow them.
  • Please note that the organizer will not be held responsible for any problems related to the purchase of products at the venue.
  • Please take care of your valuables at your own responsibility. Please note that the organizer cannot be held responsible for any problems such as theft and loss that may occur at the venue.
  • The Event Organizer and the management office may use the personal information registered by the attendees for management of events, seminars, membership recruitment, etc. held by the Event Organizer. Please note that we may send emails, DMs, etc. to our attendees.
  • The organizer will take official photos at the event location. Please note that the images, videos, etc. obtained from the official recording may be used by the Event Organizer for publicity and promotional activity purposes.
